my employee travel 15 km in his passion pro bike for office purpose ...The current petrol price is Rs. 103 ...Milege per litre 150

so what reiumbersement I have to give to him

As per above values, it's very crucial to calculate.

Bcoz,

The reimbursement based on employer and employment allowance given by employer...

So, You only to decide what will give.

You reimburse Rs 10 i.e. 103 divided by 150 and then multiply it by 15

what ever your milage is you can only claim 19.8k per annum. So reduce or increase your mileage :)

@ Rashmi Yes Miss CA Rashmi Gandhi. I'm not bothered cause He is like funny online or maybe bored. Apart from taxation I don't trust anyone nor need help. Look at how he gave answers that small amounts need not be filed and I told the same. What will happen to querist if he follows that advise. Not unless you corrected that, I didnt know that we must file itr 3 compulsory.
