28 January 2020One person has obtained a tender to run canteen in government hospital. He will pay Rs. 45000/- monthly to the hospital. He will sell food items in the canteen and will pay GST on the sell amount. But Does he need to pay GST on rent paid to the hospital in RCM or not?
