Hi All,
Please let me know, whether change in registered office from Thane to Mumbai requires holding of EGM and special resolution. Since it is under the jurisdiction of the same ROC but considered seperate cities.

Hi Neha,
Change in registered office from Thane to Mumbai requires holding of EGM and approval of members by passing of special resolution in the EGM.

Passing a special resolution in EGM is required, no need of approval from regional officer as it is in same jurisdiction.

Its different municipal limits and hence EGM required.
