Tushar Pahade, 30, is a Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) and a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2008. He has done his Commerce graduation (B.Com), Post Graduation (M.com) and Law graduation (L.L.B) from Nagpur.
He holds the Certificate of Practice of ICSI since 2009.
He has co-founded JOSHI PAHADE & Associates, a firm of Company Secretaries in Nagpur & His expertise is in providing total business solutions.
He is active participant and contributor to the activities of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2004. He is CHAIRMAN of the Nagpur Chapter of WIRC of ICSI.
CS Tushar Pahade is a Law faculty in a reputed institute in Nagpur which gives coaching for CA's, CS's and CWA', having expertise in subjects of Company Law, Securities Law as well as Industrial, General & Labour Laws. He is a visiting faculty also in colleges in Nagpur.
During the early days of his career, he worked under certain big companies (Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd., Solar Industries India Ltd. & Gupta Corporation Ltd.) and worked there for few years and then decided to start his own practice.
During the last 7 years of experience in corporate world, he has been advising on various legal and procedural issues, execution of various secretarial assignments for and on behalf of clients and obtaining the approvals of the regulatory authorities such as Department of Company Affairs, Regional Director, Company Law Board, Registrar of Companies, Securities Exchange Board of India, Registrar of Trade Mark, Reserve Bank of India, etc
